Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 365.report ("the Service"), provided by Applikeable (CVR 46168437), Copenhagen, Denmark ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
365.report turns your Microsoft 365 and Azure spend into branded, drill-downable cost reports and delivers them to recipients you nominate. The Service connects to your Microsoft tenant via read-only Microsoft Graph and Azure Cost Management consent that you grant and may revoke at any time from your Entra ID admin centre.
2. Accounts & workspaces
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity that occurs in your workspace, including the actions of users you invite. Workspaces are intended for organisational use; one workspace covers a single legal entity.
You must not share credentials, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer the Service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
3. Free trial
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period you will be asked to add billing details. If you do not, the workspace pauses — your configuration and data are retained for 90 days so you can return without re-onboarding.
4. Pricing & payment
The Service is priced at EUR 79 per workspace per month, billed in advance. The price covers unlimited reports, unlimited recipients and all integrations included in the plan. VAT is added where required by law.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies at your next renewal after the notice period.
5. Customer data & confidentiality
You retain all rights to the data you bring into the Service ("Customer Data"), including tenant metadata, license assignments, consumption records and any branding you upload. We process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service for you and treat it as confidential.
Customer Data is stored in EU data centres (Frankfurt and Copenhagen). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; a Data Processing Agreement is executed with each paying customer at trial start.
6. Recipient links
Reports are delivered as signed magic links scoped to the audience you define. Links expire after 30 days by default. You are responsible for the recipients you nominate and for the scope you grant them.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not currently commit to a contractual uptime SLA. We perform planned maintenance during off-peak hours and will announce significant changes in advance where reasonably possible.
8. Termination
You may terminate your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that endangers the integrity of the platform. On termination, you may export your reports and configuration for 30 days, after which Customer Data is deleted within 90 days in line with our backup cycle.
9. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Cost figures shown by the Service are derived from Microsoft APIs and may be subject to revision by Microsoft; we are not responsible for billing decisions you take on that basis.
Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Danish or EU law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the workspace owner and posted here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Copenhagen, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
